About the role

  • Hybrid and remote working arrangements available
  • Full time (flexible FTE options considered)
  • Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
  • $90,999 – $93,845 plus superannuation + 11.5% super + 17.5% annual leave loading

Working within the Marketing & Communications Directorate, the Advisor, Campaigns contributes and supports highly visible, national social marketing campaigns that raise awareness, change behaviour, and engage the community to prevent violence against women and their children.

The key focus for this role will be to support The Line.

The Line is designed to help young people understand what’s okay and what’s not when it comes to sex, dating and relationships.

Reporting to the Manager Campaigns, this role will work as part of a cross-functional project team, to support the implementation and delivery of campaign activity as well as other activities as part of The Line.

This role works closely with Senior Advisors in the campaigns team to deliver this work and is expected to foster positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including federal and state government departments, sector organisations, campaign agencies and suppliers, partners and sponsors.

About you

You’re a motivated marketing and communications individual with relevant qualifications and campaign management experience, with a strong understanding of social marketing or multi-channel campaigns. You bring practical knowledge of campaign development, audience segmentation, content creation, and performance metrics.

You’re an organised and detail-oriented project manager who can juggle multiple priorities, deliver high-quality work on time and within budget, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers.

You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and can adapt your style to suit different audiences. You’re also committed to inclusive practice, with an awareness of diverse communities and a willingness to keep learning.

A Working with Children Check is required for this role, you will be required to secure this before you commence.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
