In this role, you will develop strategic and effective marketing campaign plans based on market insights and business objectives. This role involves research, audience definition, message development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns.
Key Accountabilities
Develop integrated marketing campaign plans.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Create detailed campaign briefs for stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative, media, and product teams.
Define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Analyse past campaign performance for learnings.
Ensure plans align with brand guidelines.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
6-7 years of experience in campaign strategy, marketing planning, or integrated marketing roles.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance evaluation.
Proven ability to develop clear campaign briefs, define KPIs, and align strategies with brand guidelines.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative, media, and product teams
