Join a team that's All Kinds of Useful
At Origin, being useful is more than a tagline - it’s how we approach work every day. As a collective, we’re a team that thrives on finding better ways, working together, and owning our impact. From powering homes to delivering award-winning internet and helping to lead Australia’s energy transition. If you’re driven by purpose and excited to be part of something bigger, we’d love to have you on the journey.
About the role:
We’re looking for a Campaign Specialist, Lifecycle to join our Marketing team within Origin Zero, with a direct focus on our eMobility and Community Batteries portfolios – two fast-emerging parts of Origin’s energy transition strategy.
You’ll support the design, build and execution of personalised, multi-channel lifecycle campaigns through our customer engagement platform, helping bring customer journeys to life at key moments and driving engagement, retention and satisfaction.
Working closely with the team, you’ll help ensure campaign quality, data compliance and platform optimisation, using your analytical skills, hands-on platform craft and attention to detail. It’s a great opportunity to shape the customer experience for two strategic, growing parts of Origin’s business.
Why this role matters?
This is a chance to help shape the customer journey for two of Origin’s fastest-growing businesses, building hands-on skills in Braze, Adobe or Salesforce Marketing Cloud while playing a direct role in Australia’s shift to eMobility and clean energy. You’ll work across data, creative and compliance in one dynamic role, within a collaborative, fast-paced team backed by a trusted brand — with plenty of room to grow as these businesses scale.
What will you bring?

Origin is one of Australia's leading energy companies, exploring, generating and delivering energy to over 4 million customer accounts. Our purpose – getting energy right for our customers, communities and planet – drives everything we do.
As Australia's largest energy retailer, we have an important role to play in providing electricity, natural gas, solar and LPG to Australian communities and work every day to make energy more affordable, more sustainable, smarter and easier for our customers.
We are committed to leading the transition to a cleaner energy future and believe our company, and the energy industry more broadly, should be at the forefront of action to reduce carbon emissions. Origin was the first Australian company to set an emissions reduction target endorsed by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) – aiming to halve our Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions by 2032, as we work towards achieving net zero emissions by 2050.
Through the Origin Energy Foundation, we support programs that use education to help break the cycle of disadvantage and empower young Australians to reach their potential, contributing more than $27 million to support community organisations since 2010.
