Job Description
Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.
Why we need this role
We're looking for a Campaign Executive to join our Global Brand & Content team. In this role, you'll help bring integrated marketing campaigns to life, working with colleagues from across Colt to deliver activity that builds our brand, engages customers and supports business growth.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around two years' experience in marketing, campaigns, or communications who wants to develop their skills across integrated B2B marketing campaigns, content development, digital campaign channels, stakeholder coordination, reporting and sales enablement.
You'll thrive in this role if you're eager to learn, enjoy solving problems and are always looking for practical ways to make a positive impact.
What you will do
- Support the planning and delivery of our integrated marketing campaigns across channels including email, social, web, content and sales enablement.
- Coordinate campaign activities and help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Work with colleagues across marketing, sales, product and solutions teams to gather inputs and keep projects moving forward.
- Manage campaign timelines, trackers and action plans.
- Support the development of campaign assets, including briefs, copy, email marketing, landing pages, social media posts, content marketing assets, sales materials and internal updates.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners, helping to manage feedback, approvals and delivery of campaign materials.
- Help monitor campaign performance, marketing reporting and engagement metrics, then turn data into useful insights and recommendations.
- Help ensure campaign materials are clear, consistent and aligned to Colt's brand voice.
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research to support campaign planning.
- Take ownership of assigned activities and manage your workload effectively.
What we're looking for
We're less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding someone who is motivated, practical and excited to grow their career in B2B marketing.
- Around two years' experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally in a B2B or technology organisation.
- A curiosity about technology and how it helps businesses solve real-world challenges.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines and campaign actions across multiple projects.
- The confidence to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn information into clear, useful messaging.
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership while working closely with stakeholders and the wider team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An interest in campaign performance, marketing reporting, engagement metrics and using data to make better marketing decisions.
- Experience using marketing technology tools such as CRM, CMS, marketing automation, reporting platforms or project management tools would be helpful, but is not essential.
The behaviours that will help you succeed
You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who:
- Asks thoughtful questions and is keen to keep learning.
- Takes initiative and looks for ways to add value.
- Supports the team by keeping work moving and following through on actions.
- Stays calm and focused when managing different tasks and deadlines.
- Builds positive working relationships across teams and levels.
- Brings energy, curiosity and a practical mindset to their work.
Why join us?
- This is a chance to build your marketing career in a global technology business, working on campaigns that connect brand, content, digital marketing, sales and customer engagement.
- You'll get exposure to global integrated campaigns and learn how activity moves from strategy through to execution and reporting.
- You'll work with experienced marketers across brand, content, product, sales and solutions, giving you a broad view of B2B marketing in action.
- You'll be encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and take ownership of work that makes a real contribution.
- You'll join a supportive team that values practical thinking, collaboration and development.
If you're looking for a role where you can learn, contribute and grow in campaign marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
