In This Role, You Will
As a Campaign Specialist, you will execute and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, aligned with the brief, and fully operationally ready. You will serve as the central coordination point across cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines, dependencies, and potential risks while driving alignment to ensure seamless, high-quality campaign execution. Additionally, you will contribute to optimizing campaign processes, reducing time-to-market, and maintaining consistent and efficient campaign delivery across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Commercial Marketing Partners (CMPs) to translate requirements into clear campaign briefs
Maintain the master campaign plan and critical path for all multi-channel campaigns
Sequence milestones and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery
Operate go/no-go readiness checkpoints prior to campaign launches
Manage change control processes, risk logs, and escalations
Proofread and review Turkish-language content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance
Track campaign readiness and proactively resolve gaps before launch
Facilitate post-campaign (post-flight) reviews and follow up on action items
Coordinate rapid-response workflows during peak periods or urgent needs
Support audience management and ensure correct targeting across campaigns
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or project coordination
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and timelines
Experience working across various teams and managing deliverables against SLAs
Track record of improving delivery timelines and reducing operational inefficiencies
Experience supporting post-campaign analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Native or fluent Turkish with strong proofreading skills
Fluent in English
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
