About the Role

• To support the Direct Sales (Tele-Assist) channel through campaign execution, Salesforce administration, sales performance monitoring and sales enablement activities.
• To ensure campaigns, CRM platforms and sales support initiatives are executed effectively to improve productivity, conversion and customer engagement.
• To provide operational support through reporting, performance tracking, training coordination and stakeholder support.

Campaign Management

  • Support execution of end-to-end tele assist campaigns aligned with business and growth objectives.
  • Prepare customer segmentation lists and campaign deployment requirements.
  • Conduct campaign setup, deployment and performance tracking activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and escalation of operational issues.
  • Maintain campaign trackers and campaign-related documentation.
  • Support campaign reviews and performance reporting.

Sales Enablement & Salesforce Management

  • Maintain Salesforce records, dashboards, reports and campaign information.
  • Support Salesforce administration activities and user management processes.
  • Perform dashboard maintenance and reporting updates.
  • Conduct data quality reviews and validation activities.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation of Salesforce enhancements.
  • Provide first-level support for Salesforce-related enquiries.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training schedules and activation programmes for new sales staff.
  • Maintain training materials, user guides and team communications.

Sales Performance & Operational Support

  • Perform daily monitoring of sales productivity and campaign performance.
  • Track lead utilisation, conversion rates and sales achievement against targets.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly productivity reports.
  • Support recruitment tracking and onboarding administration.
  • Assist in organising sales contests, recognition programmes and engagement initiatives.
  • Support management reporting, business reviews and performance presentations.
  • Escalate business risks, performance gaps and operational issues where appropriate.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline and/or non-degree holders with strong related working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Up to 1- 2 years' relevant experience in campaign management, sales support, CRM administration, reporting or sales operations will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM, customer data platforms and reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Special skillset will be an advantage:

  • Good understanding of campaign execution and sales support activities.
  • Good grasp and appreciation of systems and applications including Salesforce CRM and digital tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good team building and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to support onboarding, training and activation programmes.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Good presentation and reporting skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
