Rocket Lab is The App Growth Hub, a leading mobile ad-tech company that helps app marketers acquire and retain high-quality users and accelerate growth across the entire customer lifecycle. We work with clients and partners across LATAM, EMEA and APAC, and we're growing our Operations team in Spain.

The opportunity

We're looking for a Campaign Optimizer Specialist to own the day-to-day setup, monitoring and optimization of our clients' campaigns, reporting to our Director of Operations.

What you'll do

• Configure and launch campaigns across multiple platforms following technical and commercial guidelines, quickly identifying and solving setup errors.
• Monitor key performance KPIs, detect deviations and implement data-driven optimizations to keep campaigns on target.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and efficiency, and propose initiatives with a real impact on profitability.
• Build and maintain dashboards that turn data into clear, actionable insights for the team and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile performance, programmatic or app growth campaign optimization.
• A strong analytical mindset: you read the data, spot patterns and know what to change to improve a campaign.
• Experience working with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar, using attribution and in-app performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
• A business and profitability mindset: you connect your day-to-day work to the bigger commercial picture.
• Highly organized and autonomous: you own your responsibilities and keep your lead in the loop.
• Leadership potential: as the team grows, you're comfortable becoming a reference point for newer teammates, sharing know-how and supporting others without losing focus on your own campaigns.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus given our LATAM business.
