Job Description
The EU Central Campaign Team is the driving force behind multi-country campaign operations across the European market, delivering high-impact campaign strategies and ensuring consistent execution across countries.
As part of the team, this role will support the day-to-day execution of major e-commerce campaigns, including platform-wide promotions, live shopping initiatives, creator-driven campaigns, and seasonal mega campaigns. The role will work closely with campaign managers, local market teams, product, design, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and on time.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of EU campaigns, including campaign setup, registration tracking, resource configuration, and launch readiness.
- Set up and maintain campaign landing pages, banners, product modules, and other campaign assets.
- Support voucher and subsidy configuration, including setup, validation, monitoring, and basic performance tracking.
- Maintain campaign product pools and registration trackers, and follow up on key sellers / products when needed.
- Support campaign QA and pre-launch checks to ensure configurations, resources, pricing, and campaign content are accurate.
- Coordinate with local country teams and cross-functional stakeholders to track timelines, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Prepare regular campaign updates, trackers, and performance summaries, and flag key risks or blockers in a timely manner.
- Support ad-hoc campaign operations during peak periods, including issue escalation and campaign troubleshooting.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and organizational skills.
- Good proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets and other office tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with operational processes, data trackers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce, campaign operations, marketing operations, or platform operations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, campaign management tools, or CMS systems.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, campaign metrics, and performance tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently follow up on operational issues.
- Experience working with international or cross-market teams is a plus.
- Interest in e-commerce and major promotional campaigns such as Black Friday, seasonal sales, and creator-led commerce.
