Team Introduction
The TikTok LIVE team’s mission is to work hand in hand with LIVE creators, agencies, and partners to create an environment where communities can connect in real time. Our team focuses on building creator-facing campaigns that drive engagement, revenue growth, and high-quality LIVE content.
As a campaign intern, you will have the opportunity to support short term and impactful LIVE initiatives, gaining real world experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. You will work in a fast paced environment and develop hands-on skills relevant to creator operations and marketing.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
– Assist in planning and executing LIVE creator campaigns, including pre launch preparation, in app setup, and post campaign evaluation.
– Support data tracking and reporting for campaign performance, including participation, revenue, and content quality metrics.
– Conduct research on creator behavior, market trends, and competitive best practices to support strategy development.
– Coordinate cross functional communication with Creator Managers, marketing, product, and design teams to ensure efficient delivery of campaign assets.
– Help manage creator outreach, recruitment, and education related to campaign participation.
– Maintain documentation, timelines, and playbooks for campaign operations.
