Ensure all campaign strategies from Growth and Account team run smoothly on e-commerce platform and do onboarding process with focusing on increasing the quality of merchants.
Responsible for marketplace platform from onboarding to campaign activity
Campaign Function
1. Build a relationship with partner PIC to secure campaign slots, banners need, flash sale, thematic campaigns, etc
2. Create regular campaign activity for each platform
3. Execute campaign activity, create vouchers, promotions, flash sale, etc
4. Responsible for marketing expenses for each platform, and maintaining the ROAS & cost ratio
5. Manage all payments impacted by marketing activities
Operation Onboarding Function
1. Perform onboarding for newly joined merchants
2. Responsible for live product, merchant status, store performance
3. Increasing daily active merchant and fast-moving
4. Controlling for merchant regulation updates on the system
5. Partially responsible for the campaign and its implementation
Operation Media Order Function
1. Execute activities from media orders that have been obtained by the Account team for operation section, such as: voucher, store decoration, campaign
2. Manage marketing expenses for each platform, and maintain the ROAS & cost ratio
3. Regular reports to principles with insights
4. Partially responsible for the campaign and its implementation
5. Team representatives to the principal side
