About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Campaign Marketing Lead on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract to play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact retail marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, sales growth and brand consistency across Australia.

Working closely with the Campaign Marketing Senior Manager, broader Marketing team, Merchandise stakeholders and agency partners, you'll help lead the delivery of a high-profile annual campaign program, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

Some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the planning, briefing and delivery of integrated retail marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and deliverables across internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Manage the Marketing Calendar, ensuring campaigns are aligned to business priorities and communicated effectively.
  • Partner with Merchandise, Trade, Digital, Media, Content and Retail Media teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.
  • Support campaign budgeting, reporting and process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and ensure all campaign activity meets brand, legal and compliance requirements

About you

You are a highly organised marketing professional with strong campaign management experience and a passion for delivering quality outcomes in a retail environment.

You'll bring:

  • 6+ years' experience in Retail Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Advertising, Production or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience delivering large-scale campaign programs from brief through to execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with agencies and managing campaign production processes.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline (preferred).
