Veeam is the Data and AI Trust Company, specializing in helping organizations ensure their data and AI are fully understood, secured, and resilient to enable the acceleration of safe AI at scale. As the market leader in both data resilience and data security posture management, Veeam is built for the convergence of identity, data, security, and AI risk. Headquartered in Seattle with offices in more than 30 countries, Veeam protects over 550,000 customers worldwide, who trust Veeam to keep their businesses running. Join us as we go fearlessly forward together, growing, learning, and making a real impact for some of the world’s biggest brands.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to lead global, enterprise-focused campaigns in the rapidly evolving space of data security and AI governance. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate complex security and AI concepts into compelling enterprise narratives, and is motivated by measurable business impact.

You will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, PR, Digital, Field Marketing, and regional teams to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for Veeam’s Security and AI governance go-to-market initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute global go-to-market campaigns focused on data security, privacy, and AI governance
  • Develop and launch integrated, end-to-end campaigns aligned with enterprise buyer journeys — from awareness to pipeline generation
  • Translate complex topics (AI risk, data protection, governance, resilience) into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging in partnership with Product Marketing
  • Design and execute omnichannel programs across paid media, email, web, social, webinars, and virtual or in-person events
  • Leverage segmentation, intent data, and ABM strategies to improve engagement quality and conversion across enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with and manage internal and external stakeholders (creative teams, digital teams, agencies, regional marketers) to deliver high-quality campaign assets
  • Build campaign roadmaps, messaging frameworks, and promotional plans tailored to buyer personas and use cases
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize ROI and ROAS
  • Analyze performance data, report insights to senior stakeholders, and continuously optimize campaigns based on results
  • Ensure alignment between global strategy and regional/field marketing execution
  • Support annual and quarterly planning, forecasting, and prioritization for campaign initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • 6–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaign management, with a focus on enterprise audiences
  • Strong background in B2B technology, SaaS, security, data, or AI-related domains
  • Proven ability to manage complex, global campaigns in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying committees, executive personas, and buying group dynamics
  • Hands-on experience with ABM strategies and tools (e.g., 6sense or similar)
  • Strong expertise in omnichannel digital marketing (paid media, email, social, web, webinars)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to change
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced English proficiency

Tools & Knowledge

  • Enterprise campaign management and demand generation best practices
  • Digital marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Executive-level messaging and copywriting
  • Analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com)
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • ABM and intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense) are a plus

What You’ll Get

  • 21 annual vacation days, additional days based on tenure, plus 4 global VeeaMe Days for self-care
  • Private health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents
  • Mental health support with up to 12 free therapy sessions
  • Private hospital coverage for planned and emergency care
  • Monthly lifestyle and daily meal benefits: 40 RON/day via Edenred and 600 RON/month through a flexible cafeteria platform
  • Life, critical illness, and disability insurance
  • One paid volunteer day annually through Veeam Cares
  • Professional training and education, including courses and workshops, internal meetups, and unlimited access to our online learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning, Athena, O’Reilly) and mentoring through our MentorLab program
