Campaign Development & Execution
Own the end-to-end journey of brand campaigns from concept to execution and optimization,ensuring a seamless and impactful delivery.
You will:
Lead the development and rollout of 360° campaigns acrossall our channels (owned,earnedand paid)
Ensure campaigns aredeliveredon time, on brand, and with excellence in execution
Manage campaign calendars, deliverables, and timelines acrosschannels andmarkets
Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as the key connector across teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Brief and guide internal teamsand external partnersto bring campaigns to life
Align all stakeholders to ensure one clear,consistentand inspiringcampaign story across all touchpoints
Performance & Optimization
Continuously improve campaigns byleveragingdata, insights, and learnings.

WhatWe’reLooking For
Experience
Around 4–7 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably within fashion,retailor lifestyle
Proven experience leading integrated campaigns from concept to execution
Experience working across multiple channels (owned, earned & paid)
Experience in an international organization is a plus
Skills & Profile
A strong project manager with end-to-end ownership mindset
Creative thinker with a talent for storytelling and campaign development
Highly collaborative with excellent stakeholder management skills
Commercially driven and data-aware, able to balance creativity with results
