This role offers a high-intensity "Masterclass" in how modern retail works. Advanced Excel for Business: You will move beyond basic formulas to handling large datasets, cleaning "dirty" data, and building automated trackers.
E-commerce Mechanics: You’ll learn the "science" of promotions—how to balance discount depths, voucher burn rates, and traffic conversion to hit GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) targets.
Data-Driven Decision Making: You’ll learn how to interpret ROI, Conversion Rates, and CTR to figure out why one campaign succeeded while another failed.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of campaign initiatives (e.g., Double Date campaigns, Payday campaigns)
- Assist in pulling and consolidating data required for campaign tracking and analysis
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to identify opportunities
- Support campaign page operations, voucher / promotion setup and real-time tracking
- Coordinate with other stakeholders (e.g. AM and Category teams) on required registrations and submissions to ensure seller participation
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues during campaign periods
