Mission

As a Campaign Lead you will take a leadership role in managing and strategizing influencer campaigns and activations. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will provide strategic insights and creative solutions to meet campaign briefs. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Job Functions

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Receive briefs and work collaboratively with the client and your teams to develop high-level strategic and creative campaign proposals.

  • Influencer Selection and Management: Identify and select the best influencer profiles, create detailed content calendars, and ensure content meets high-quality standards and requirements.

  • Campaign Performance Oversight: Supervise daily campaign performance, making strategic adjustments to maximize results.

  • Event Coordination: Provide leadership and support during events and brand activations, ensuring seamless coordination between influencers and the brand.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the booking and data teams to innovate negotiation strategies, identify market trends, and generate comprehensive post-campaign reports.

  • Problem Resolution: Lead the resolution of any issues during campaign execution, demonstrating a proactive and strategic approach.

  • Results Analysis and Reporting: Aggregate influencer results, develop insights, and identify valuable opportunities for the client, working with the data team for enhanced social listening perspectives.

  • Legal and Financial Management: Oversee all legal and financial matters related to assigned brands, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

  • Workflow Enhancement: Continuously identify and propose improvements in the workflow between the brand, agency, and influencers.

Requirements

Skills

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of strategic campaign management.

  • Skills: Advanced social media knowledge, deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, and high proficiency in Excel.

  • Attributes: Strategic thinker, highly analytical, exceptional creativity, and strong leadership skills.

  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of social media trends and the influencer Marketing landscape.

  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.

  • Languages Native Romanian, English full working proficiency (written and verbal)
