The Campaign Executive (CE) is the foundational role in oOh!'s Media Sales Team. Reporting to a Group Sales Leader and mentored by experienced Business Managers, you will play a vital role in ensuring campaign excellence, delivering outstanding customer experience, and maintaining seamless internal coordination.

With a strong emphasis on executional discipline, collaboration, and learning agility, this role sets the platform for a successful career progression into media sales.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Support: Partner with Business Managers and customers directly across campaign recommendations, brief response building, go-live tasks, post-campaign analysis, and query resolution.
  • Post-Sale Campaign Management: Serve as the first point of contact for customer post-sale requests, owning the end-to-end campaign process with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Sales Execution & Systems: Utilize core media and sales tools (including CRM, MOVE, IMS, SIGNZ, OTP, oOh! Plan, and oOh! Explore) to manage booking processes and provide administrative efficiencies.
  • Reporting & Strategy Support: Produce high-quality reports, campaign trackers, and presentation materials while assisting in pipeline and weekly forecast management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (such as Poly Strategy and Creative, Product Sales, and CTU) to deliver effective campaign outcomes.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in external and industry-facing events (e.g., NGEN, OMA) to build market understanding and strengthen agency relationships.

  • Media Focus: Interest in media sales—no prior out-of-home experience is required, though exposure to sales support or administration is advantageous.
