About the Role

Introduction

Oxford University Press is looking for a Campaign Executive to join our Academic Marketing team in Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys bringing marketing campaigns to life through strong execution, attention to detail, and collaboration.

In this role, you will support the delivery of digital direct marketing campaigns, primarily across email and web channels. You will work closely with marketing teams and campaign owners to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with Oxford University Press brand standards.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of digital marketing activities and provides the opportunity to develop expertise in campaign management, stakeholder engagement, marketing operations, and digital communications within a globally recognised publishing organisation.

Opportunity

As a Campaign Executive, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective build and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email and web platforms.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building and executing email campaigns based on content and plans developed by campaign owners.
  • Proofreading, performing quality assurance checks, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns following approval.
  • Supporting the setup and execution of web and digital campaign elements.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams and other stakeholders to optimise campaign delivery and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring all campaigns are executed to a high standard and align with Oxford University Press brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Managing audience targeting to ensure campaigns are delivered to the most appropriate and relevant audiences.
  • Maintaining effective communication with campaign owners throughout the campaign execution process.
  • Managing your workload efficiently to ensure delivery within agreed timelines and service levels.

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience building and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Fundamental knowledge of publishing and/or digital marketing.
