This is a technical hands-on role which will play an integral part in executing and administering multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have in depth experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a proven track record of owning personalization to increase customer interaction.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Define, build and maintain multi-channel customer journeys
QA & sign-off on content, journey function, experience
Ownership and stewarding of personalization capabilities
Build, test and maintain key content templates
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Advanced English Level
4+ years marketing automation experience
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
Expertise working with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email/Mobile/Interaction Studio
In-depth understanding of APEX and REST/SOAP APIs
Knowledge of marketing automation best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
