AirTanker is a vital part of the UK’s defence capability, delivering air-to-air refuelling and air transport services to the RAF and MOD. We operate at the intersection of military precision and commercial innovation. As a Campaign Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the Columbus campaign organised and moving forward, coordinating activity across teams, tracking actions and milestones, and supporting effective communication and decision-making.

- Comprehensive Benefits: Including private medical insurance, with enrolment windows to add family members at an additional cost, bonus scheme, EV scheme, contributory pension with the option to adjust contributions and employer matching up to 10%, and more.
- Adventure & Belonging: Battlefield tours, adventure training, and family fun days.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating campaign meetings, workshops, reviews, decision points and key milestones.
- Maintaining campaign plans, action logs and dependencies, helping owners keep activity on track. Preparing agendas, meeting packs, presentations and status updates for governance forums. Recording decisions and actions and ensuring agreed outcomes reach the right stakeholders. Maintaining campaign records, registers, templates and controlled documentation.
- Coordinating inputs across programmes, commercial, finance, supply chain, service delivery and corporate affairs.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement, briefings, communications and campaign events.
- Supporting the mobilisation and onboarding of employees, contractors, secondees and advisers joining the team.
- Identifying opportunities to improve coordination, information flow and campaign controls. Handling commercially sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
What you'll bring
- Experience coordinating a complex campaign, programme, project or business change activity. Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive actions through to completion.
- Experience producing agendas, meeting packs, action logs, status reports and presentation materials.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across different levels and stakeholder groups.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgement when handling sensitive information.
- An understanding of project or programme controls, including milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions and decisions.
- Experience working collaboratively across different functions.
- Experience within defence, aviation, major infrastructure, government contracting, PPP/PFI or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
- A project, programme or business administration qualification, such as APM Project Fundamentals Qualification or PRINCE2 Foundation, would be desirable.
