Job Description
About the role:
- Campaign briefing and execution: brief, follow-up and implement campaigns, in line with marketing strategy and sales plans; coordination of media plans and content, approval and implementation in timely manner.
- Content Development: create and adapt marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website updates. Including ad hoc translation and text localization.
- Event Coordination: briefing, planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches to engage customers and showcase new models.
- Digital Marketing: online advertising campaigns and always-on approach (Google Ads, social media platforms), SEO efforts, and website performance to maximize reach and engagement.
- Reporting and performance analysis: track, report and present on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Collaboration: work closely and support PR team, sales team, product team and BYD Dealers and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution.
- Budget Management: assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Monitor BYD activities as well as Dealers activities and competitors.
- Be a brand ambassador, a solid team-player and work always with the customer in mind
Required experience:
- 5 years of experience in marketing communication, automotive is a plus
- Experience in working with creative and media agencies
- Full understanding of all advertising channels, online and offline, together with KPIs and metrics
- Experience in event management and car handling for press conferences and other events
Required skills:
- Knowledge of Slovenian and English
- Exceptional communication skills
- Team work
- Powerpoint, excel and other office tools
- Driver’s license B category
