About this opportunity

The Marketing Campaign Specialist supports the planning, execution, and follow-up of prioritized campaigns, demand generation, and nurture-flow initiatives to strengthen Ericsson's brand and drive sales growth with both new and existing customers. Working closely with Market Area and Global Marketing & Communications teams, this role delivers integrated, data-driven campaigns across digital and in-person touchpoints, including the use of AI-enabled tools to streamline execution and performance measurement.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role — spanning brand awareness, reputation, and employee experience — that involves working with agencies, leveraging data to optimize campaigns, and collaborating across a fast-paced, international environment across the Americas.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day digital campaigns and nurture programs, coordinating with agencies, internal stakeholders, and platform owners.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across priority customers and markets, aligned with global programs and local business needs.
  • Translate global programs into locally relevant campaigns across the Americas Market Area, aligned with sales priorities.
  • Coordinate campaign workflows end-to-end: briefs, content, stakeholder alignment, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Execute demand generation and nurture activities across digital, social, email, paid media, employee advocacy, webinars, and events.
  • Create, optimize, and manage paid media budgets to maximize reach, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Maintain and optimize always-on programs and nurture flows in collaboration with marketing automation and sales teams.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate across Market Areas, Business Areas, and Global teams to ensure consistent messaging and a coherent customer experience.
  • Partner with Customer Units, Sales, and Business Areas to co-define ABM programs, field events, digital launches, and sales enablement plans.
  • Support customer success stories, advocacy initiatives, and co-marketing activities with customers and partners.
  • Drive activation of campaign assets, including internal enablement tools such as sales plays, toolkits, and advocacy programs.
  • Provide operational support for customer events, executive briefings, and workshops.
  • Use AI-enabled tools for content creation, targeting, testing, and reporting, and share learnings with the team.

The skills you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, demand generation, or field/digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology, telecom, or IT with regional responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience executing integrated campaigns with measurable outcomes across digital and in-person channels.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms, with strong analytical and data-driven skills.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly across marketing, sales, and other functions.
  • Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies, with hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to enhance campaign quality and performance.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused approach, aligned with Ericsson's values and commitment to health, safety, and well-being.
