The Marketing Campaign Integration Manager ensures that Carhartt’s key integrated marketing campaigns are aligned, connected, and delivered seamlessly across all consumer touchpoints. This role sits at the center of cross-functional collaboration—bringing together creative, brand, product, business units, digital, and media teams to make sure every campaign is both strategically strong and operationally tight.

This position will drive, not only with internal teams, strong integration and execution of the campaign, but will also work with external agency partners and collaboration partners from other brands to execute a given campaign.

Associate Responsibilities
• Build integrated marketing plans that align with Carhartt’s seasonal strategies, product priorities, and brand storytelling.
• Lead campaign planning sessions across Brand, Product Marketing, Media, Retail, eComm, and Creative.
• Ensure briefs, channel strategies, and creative concepts all ladder up to a cohesive consumer experience.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure each campaign reflects Carhartt’s brand values and consumer insights.
• Serve as the central connector across Marketing, Product, Retail, PR, Social, CRM, Carhartt.com, and external agencies.
• Drive alignment on messaging, audience targeting, timing, and channel execution
• Maintain alignment with brand product teams to support key product stories and seasonal priorities.
• Foster a collaborative spirit, living Carhartt’s value of “Act Like You Own It.”
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle—from concept through execution and wrap-up.
• Maintain timelines, status reports, asset trackers, and calendars.
• Identify risks early and develop solutions that protect launch quality and timing.
• Ensure assets are delivered on schedule and meet brand, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Support cross-channel campaign activation, including paid media, digital merchandising, email, retail, social, and brand storytelling.
• Oversee creative trafficking, QA processes, and workflow handoffs to media and channel owners.
• Partner closely with analytics and digital operations to ensure tagging, tracking, and testing plans are set.
• Lead launch readiness reviews ensuring all teams are aligned and prepared.
• Track campaign performance with analytics teams; identify opportunities for optimization throughout the campaign cycle.
• Lead post-campaign retrospectives to capture learnings and enhance future workflows.
• Maintain dashboards or campaign summaries that tell a clear performance story.
Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent years of work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, brand activation, or program management.
• Experience managing complex, multichannel campaigns and coordinating multiple stakeholders including outside partners.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate across functions by organizing complex, undefined workstreams into clear, actionable plans; consistently drives projects to completion on time and within scope while upholding standards of quality, integrity, and consumer focus.
• Strong understanding of creative development, paid media, digital marketing, and retail/consumer brand ecosystems.
• Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage complex campaigns.
• Strong communicator able to build trust and alignment across diverse teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for operational excellence.
• Proficiency using PowerPoint/Keynote, Word, Excel, etc.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
• Office environment
• This position has a Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site. Travel on-site is limited to special events.
