We are looking for experienced Camp Managers and Camp Bosses to manage and supervise employee accommodation facilities for a leading Interior & Construction company in Dubai. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth camp operations, employee welfare, discipline, accommodation management, and compliance with company policies. Job Responsibilities Manage the overall operations and administration of the employee accommodation/camp. Supervise camp staff, including Camp Bosses, cleaners, security, and maintenance personnel. Ensure proper allocation and utilization of employee accommodation. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the camp. Handle employee accommodation-related concerns and welfare requirements. Coordinate maintenance and repair requirements with the concerned departments/vendors. Maintain records of room allocation, occupancy, employee movement, and camp assets. Monitor food, transportation, housekeeping, and other camp-related services where applicable. Ensure compliance with UAE labour accommodation and company standards. Prepare regular camp reports and coordinate with HR and Management. Requirements Minimum 5–8 years of experience in camp/accommodation management. UAE/GCC experience in Construction, Interior Fit-Out, MEP, or related industries preferred. Strong leadership and people management skills. Good knowledge of employee accommodation operations and facilities management. Ability to handle a large workforce and multicultural employees. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills. Knowledge of UAE labour accommodation standards is an advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile Previous UAE/GCC experience preferred. Experience managing labour accommodation for construction projects is highly preferred. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is an advantage.
