
St. Louis Clarksville Parish Catholic Youth Camp is seeking a Director of Marketing As Camp Director of Marketing, you will help share the story of Christ at work within our camp community. This is a seasonal job opportunity starting on June 8 and ending in August 2026, working 40 weekly hours.
Essential Functions
Recruit staff and volunteers who are committed to the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
Promote camp registration and communicate with families in a spirit of hospitality and transparency.
Prayerfully discern and strategize marketing initiatives that reflect the heart of Catholic youth ministry.
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of daily camp life, including prayer, camp programs, extended care, formation, fellowship, and outdoor activities.
Create engaging weekly content for communication with CCYC families, including social media posts, newsletters, and recap videos.
Assist with social media posting and content scheduling.
Organize, label, and responsibly steward media files in a timely and orderly manner.
Produce end-of-week and end-of-summer highlight videos that glorify God and reflect the joy, reverence, and community of camp.
Ensure all media reflects Catholic values, appropriate conduct, and diocesan safety standards.
Respectfully obtain content while fully honoring camper privacy, dignity, and photo permission policies.
Collaborate with counselors and staff to capture meaningful moments without disrupting prayer, programming, or formation.
Support special projects such as flyers, promotional videos, parish outreach, and other evangelization efforts.
Position Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Practicing Catholic who supports and respects the teachings and mission of the Catholic Church.
Experience with photography and videography, including the ability to capture clear, engaging images and videos in a camp environment.
Basic to intermediate video editing skills (experience with programs such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms preferred).
Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms and digital communications.
Assist the Camp Director with administrative and/or counselor duties as needed, embracing a spirit of humility and service.
Range: $18.00, Hourly
