Job Description

  • Degree or Master Degree or equivalent in engineering.
  • Ensure that the A400M, M&L and MRTT CAMO/MRO Quality Management System complies with the applicable regulations and standards. Monitoring of CAMO/MRO Network Quality Management System
  • Manage the CAMO/MRO A400M, M&L and MRTT Fleets Internal Audit Programme.
  • Perform internal and external audits in order to monitor the compliance with QMS procedures, including subcontractors and suppliers. Audits might have to be performed at customer´s premises or supplier´s facilities.
  • Desirable Internal auditor of the company.
  • Advance English level.
  • Control and follow-up of discrepancies and corrective actions from internal and external audits.
  • Monitor the adequate status of the Maintenance facilities, in accordance with the requirements of the Airbus QMS and the Regulatory provisions.
  • Develop and update of Compliance Manuals and applicable procedures.
  • Monitor the CAMO/MRO personnel competences management and organization´s authorizations.
  • Manage the different Certifying Staff Military Aircraft Maintenance Licenses
  • Develop tailored training solutions/awareness sessions within the scope of the CAMO/MRO Activities regulatory/procedural framework.
  • Coordinate with other Quality Representatives/Departments for standardization between fleets/approval as applicable.
  • Support Services business growth through coordination and external resources upskilling (Service Level Agreements development with Subsidiaries)
