En Novotel Valencia Lavant, hotel de reciente apertura, buscamos incorporar Camareros/as con energía, actitud de servicio y ganas de crecer en un entorno dinámico. Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en tres espacios clave: buffet de desayuno, banquetes/eventos y nuestra “estrella de la corona”: el Skybar.
Tu misión:
Ofrecer un servicio ágil, cercano y profesional, cuidando el detalle y la experiencia del cliente en cada momento, desde el primer café del día hasta el último cóctel con vistas.
Responsabilidades:
Desayuno buffet: montaje y reposición, atención al cliente, recogida y limpieza de sala, coordinación con cocina.
Banquetes y eventos: preparación de salas, servicio de comidas/cócteles, protocolo, coordinación con el equipo de eventos.
Skybar: servicio en terraza/bar, venta sugerida (upselling), manejo de bandeja, atención a carta de bebidas y cócteles (según perfil).
Mantener orden, higiene y cumplimiento de estándares (APPCC y procedimientos internos).
Trabajo en equipo con Cocina, Bar, Recepción y Eventos.
Gestión básica de comandas y cobros (según puesto y turno).
Experiencia previa como camarero/a (se valorará experiencia en hoteles, desayunos, eventos o rooftop/bar).
Orientación al cliente, buena comunicación y actitud proactiva.
Agilidad, organización y capacidad para trabajar en momentos de alta actividad.
Disponibilidad para turnos rotativos (mañanas para desayunos; tardes/noches para Skybar y eventos).
Se valorará inglés (muy recomendable en hotel) y otros idiomas.
