Calypso Consultant – Capital Markets (Hybrid Mexico City)

We are looking for a Calypso Consultant with at least 3 years of experience to join a global consulting firm, working on financial systems implementation projects for major international clients.

This role focuses on the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Calypso solutions within capital markets environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Calypso implementations and configurations across different modules
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and solutions
• Support end-to-end delivery of financial systems projects
• Analyze and optimize workflows within capital markets operations
• Interact directly with clients in a client-facing environment
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with project timelines and business objectives

Technical Skills Required:

• Calypso (MANDATORY):
  +2 years of hands-on experience as an implementer (not user)
• Knowledge of Calypso modules such as:
  • Front Office (FO)
  • Risk
  • Back Office (BO)
  • Collateral
  • Limits
• Experience in Capital Markets (FI, Equities, Derivatives, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Calypso implementations
• Experience in financial markets (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
• English level: B2 (intermediate-advanced)

Location & Schedule:

Hybrid – Polanco, Mexico City
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 hrs
