Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Position Summary
Calvary Resources is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. To be successful at this role you will need to have strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a minister of the Gospel in this position and will have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ. Their relationship with Christ will be an example to the those they come into contact with.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls and assist with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product and order information to customers.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely order processing.
- Perform general administrative and other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
