Allied Health Professional – NDIS

Founding Allied Health Team

📍 Central Coast, NSW | Mobile / Community‑Based | Flexible work options

Omnia Inclusive Employment Services has launched its Allied Health NDIS services and is seeking Allied Health Professionals to join our founding team on the Central Coast.

We welcome applications from a range of disciplines, including (but not limited to):

  • Occupational Therapists
  • Speech Pathologists
  • Physiotherapists
  • Psychologists (Provisional or General)
  • Exercise Physiologists
  • Social Workers

This role is closely aligned with Omnia’s core mission of supporting young adults with disability to build independence, capacity, and meaningful employment pathways

About the Role

You will deliver community‑based allied health services to NDIS participants, with a primary focus on young adults working towards:

  • Employment readiness and vocational goals
  • Functional independence and daily living skills
  • Participation in education, training, or work environments

Your role will include:

  • Conducting functional and capacity assessments relevant to your discipline
  • Developing and implementing evidence‑based interventions
  • Writing NDIS assessments, reports, and recommendations
  • Working collaboratively with participants, families, employers, and support networks
  • Managing your own caseload with autonomy and organisational support
  • Contributing ideas to help shape Omnia’s Allied Health service as it grows

This role suits clinicians who are confident working independently in the community and motivated by employment‑focused, person‑centred outcomes

About You / Experience Required

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified Allied Health Professional with relevant registration (e.g. AHPRA or recognised professional body)
  • Has experience working in allied health (NDIS experience preferred but not essential)
  • Has strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and report writing
  • Is organised, professional, and confident communicating with participants
  • Is based on or able to travel across the Central Coast
  • Is motivated by inclusive, person‑centred, values‑based practice
