• You genuinely like kids (babies → big kids!)
• You can work mornings (8:30–2) and/or afternoons (3–7:30), plus at least one weekend shift
• You’re coachable and down to learn
• You’ve got stage presence—this job = performing, not hiding
• You don’t mind cleaning (it’s how we keep everyone safe & healthy)
• Bonus points if you’ve got a background in dance, sports, theater, or fitness

Our gyms are safe, colorful, and oh-so-clean spaces, and our staff pride themselves on providing a fun, safe, and meaningful experience to each and every family who enters through our doors.

Every day in more than 700 locations worldwide, My Gym kids attend structured, noncompetitive and age-appropriate classes and birthday parties taught by incredibly talented, fun, and happy grown-ups. Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor skills, and social skills. Whether it’s a toddler in a parent-participation class wiggling through a warm-up, or a school-aged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall, the FUN never stops!
