• Must believe deeply that everyone benefits from exercising and living a healthy lifestyle.
• Is naturally confident, motivating, and outgoing.
• Prides themselves in being punctual, consistent, loyal and reliable.
• Understands how to be empathetic and can hold easy lighthearted conversations with their clients and their teammates.
• Thrives in a positive work environment.
• Genuinely enjoys holding their clients accountable during paid sessions and outside of their paid sessions.

Specific Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with program designing for your clients.
  • Or must feel comfortable with mentorship to help you become more comfortable with program designing.
• Must have a NCCA recognized personal training certification and is CPR & AED Certified.
  • Or is willing to get certified within their first week of employment.
• In your downtime, you'll schedule Welcome Workouts for the Fitness Director, help keep the club clean and organized, and assist members with proper form on the floor.
• Encouraging clients to recover in our recovery lounge and go to the smoothie bar after their workouts.
• Must be able to offer availability either mornings, evenings, weekends or have open availability.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
