Key Responsibilities

  Answer inbound calls professionally, confidently representing the company.

  Quickly assess the intent and legitimacy of each caller.
• 
  Conduct real-time research using Google, LinkedIn, and company websites during or immediately after calls.
• 
  Verify businesses and individuals claiming to represent larger organizations.
• 
  Screen out low-quality or suspicious inquiries, such as small buyers requesting large credit terms.
• 
  Route only qualified and legitimate opportunities to the sales team.
• 
  Maintain detailed notes on each call, including qualification decisions and reasoning.
• 
  Immediately flag any potential fraud or red flags.

Requirements

  Strong spoken English with a professional and confident tone.
• 
  High level of critical thinking and situational awareness.
• 
  Ability to quickly assess credibility and read between the lines.
• 
  Preferred experience in customer service, call handling, or sales support.
• 
  Strong research skills with fast and accurate online verification.
• 
  Ability to multitask, handling calls while researching and evaluating.
• 
  Comfortable making independent decisions without constant supervision.

Nice to Have

  Experience in B2B sales or lead qualification.
