About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Advisor to join our team. This is a fast-paced, inbound role where you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their tenants, delivering clear, efficient, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound calls from clients and tenants
Providing updates on ongoing repairs
Booking new appointments and adjusting existing visits
Delivering accurate company information and guidance
Managing communications via phone, email, and internal systems
Using systems such as 3CX, Teams, Outlook, and TotalMobile (Connect)
Previous experience in inbound call handling or a customer service role
Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
Ability to remain calm and resilient in a busy environment
Efficient, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
A reliable team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive working environment
