The ideal candidate:

• Has several years of professional experience in software development or quality assurance
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Is comfortable working in cross-functional, distributed teams
• Takes ownership of deliverables and contributes to technical decision-making
• Values clean code, scalable solutions, and quality-driven processes
• Is eager to mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge

What You’ll Do (Depending on Role)

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security
• Support and mentor less experienced team members
• Develop and apply AI-powered and agentic solutions to improve software quality and engineering efficiency
