Job Description

Do you want a role where you can make a real difference to people in their own homes?

As a Call Centre / Scheduling Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping bring essential hearing and eye care directly to the homes of people who need it most.

Based in our office just outside Ballymena in Cullybackey, you’ll be at the heart of our domiciliary team, helping to plan and coordinate clinics for our Home Visits team, speak with customers over the phone, answer queries and keep our day-to-day administration running smoothly.

You’ll be the scheduling expert behind the scenes, making sure our teams are in the right place at the right time so that our patients receive the care they need. And while you’re taking care of the organisation, we’ll make sure you have all the support, training and development you need to grow both professionally and personally.

Our business

Our Cullybackey office is home to a friendly and dedicated team who are passionate about making a difference. We’re looking for someone who shares that passion and would love to become part of our team.

Our team

We’re a small, friendly team, and we’re ready and waiting to welcome you! You’ll be joining a supportive environment where everyone plays an important part in helping us deliver excellent care to our patients.

What’s on offer?

As well as all the support you need and great training and development opportunities, we have a whole load of benefits on offer for you to enjoy. These include:

  • Salary up to £26,852 per annum
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
  • Part-time hours considered, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week, 8:30am–5:30pm
  • Specsavers Perks – access to a portal packed with great everyday discounts and savings
  • WeCare – an employee support service providing help for you and your immediate family when you need it most
  • Complimentary Headspace subscription to support your health and wellbeing
  • Pension scheme, with an employer contribution when you contribute too
  • An additional paid day off on your birthday – because you deserve to celebrate you!

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous office or call centre experience
  • Excellent telephone-based customer service skills
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A friendly, confident and professional approach when speaking with customers
  • Optical experience would be advantageous, but isn’t essential

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, loves being organised and takes pride in providing great customer service.

If you’re ready to make a difference to our patients, support our domiciliary team and take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!
