  • Lead and inspire a large sales team (50+ agents)
  • Drive performance, coaching, and continuous development
  • Ensure outstanding customer experience and service quality
  • Monitor KPIs, optimise results, and improve processes

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience leading large teams (30+) in sales or customer operations
  • Strong background in financial services / call centre environments
  • Fluent German & English
