What you’ll do
- Lead and inspire a large sales team (50+ agents)
- Drive performance, coaching, and continuous development
- Ensure outstanding customer experience and service quality
- Monitor KPIs, optimise results, and improve processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver excellence
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience leading large teams (30+) in sales or customer operations
- Strong background in financial services / call centre environments
- Fluent German & English
- A natural leader who motivates, coaches, and delivers results
