As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration including NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.

Located on Broad Street in the heart of Newtown, Specsavers is a large, busy, and customer-focused store dedicated to providing exceptional eye and hearing care to the local community. The store features five test rooms, enabling the team to support a high volume of customers while maintaining outstanding clinical standards and personalised care. Serving a diverse customer base, colleagues work within a fast-paced environment where teamwork, efficiency, and customer service are at the heart of everything they do. Conveniently situated within the town centre, the store benefits from excellent public transport links, with Newtown Bus Station just a short walk away and Newtown railway station nearby, making it easily accessible.
