About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Call Centre Operative to join our dedicated Contact Centre team. This role supports RediMed’s clinics nationally, handling inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional service to our clients and patients. Previous call centre experience is desirable but we'd love to hear from anyone with a customer service background.
This position is based at our Belmont office, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Flexibility to work on a roster covering hours between 7:30am - 5:30pm is needed.
