Job Description

Our client is a leading High-tech Electronics Consumer Product Company.

Call Centre Associate (1-year renewable contract)

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate B2B customer service orders and arrange on-site support
  • Handle customer claims and suggestions
  • Work with in-house engineers and appointed service partner to provide professional service to customers
  • Manage Channels / Shops repairing and installation service orders.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or above or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
