The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare customer service, inbound and outbound calls, patient support, appointment scheduling, and call handling in a medical environment

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist patients with appointments, enquiries, and service information
• Provide accurate information regarding hospital services and procedures
• Log all calls and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
• Support patient coordination and follow-up communications
• Resolve complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with medical and administrative departments
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with Australian privacy regulations
• Meet performance targets and service quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in call centre, customer service, or healthcare support role
• Experience in hospital or medical contact centre preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in shifts if required
• Immediate availability preferred
