Job Description

A registered nurse who is responsible for triaging incoming calls from clients, assessing needs, giving appropriate clinical options, and facilitating referral to primary providers, specialists, healthcare facilities, and community resources. This nurse will also educate the caller regarding immediate care advice and preventative behaviors. Collaborates with other providers and disciplines to help triage. Nurses in this role has the option to work in a hybrid environment.

Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:

  • Current compact licensure as a Registered Nurse required or licensure in IN and KY.
  • A minimum of three years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care services
