Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference? TigerTel, a vibrant 24/7 answering service supporting commercial and medical clients, is seeking passionate Call Center Specialists to join our growing team in beautiful Dartmouth, Nova Scotia!

Our Call Center Specialists provide the friendly, professional voice our clients depend on. This role is ideal for those who thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment as the day-to-day duties involve skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service quality and meeting performance expectations. We are an inbound only call center, so we do not complete outbound calls. No sales or telemarketing calls, just pure customer service!

The Perks:

  • Enjoy a predictable schedule! Work a 4-day week with a set schedule, including one weekend day per week. We are looking to fill in various shifts that range from 10am-11pm AST.
