Customer Service Representative (Energy Programs)

Schedule: Full-Time

Are you passionate about helping people and providing great customer service? We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you'll take inbound calls, assist customers with billing questions, review energy usage information, and help customers learn about programs that can lower their energy costs. You'll also educate customers on renewable energy options and energy-saving solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls in a high-volume call center environment
• Resolve billing questions and account concerns
• Analyze energy usage and provide solutions to customers
• Educate customers on energy efficiency and conservation programs
• Promote renewable energy programs and other available services
• Document customer interactions using CRM systems
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience
• Call center experience preferred
• Experience resolving billing or account-related issues
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and CRM platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bothell, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
