Job Description

CBE Companies is seeking confident and motivated Sales Employees responsible for generating new business and closing sales directly with customers across the United States. Provider Sales Employees engage prospective clients, identify AI business needs, present appropriate Company AI solutions, and guide prospects through the sales process to successful completion. Provider Sales Employees manage their own opportunities and are responsible for sales development and closing business based on active leads provided to them by the Company. This is a performance-driven sales role designed for individuals who thoroughly enjoy other people and achieving competitive sales results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Generation

§ Engage prospective customers across the United States presenting Company AI services

§ Conduct sales conversations that guide prospects through the buying process to close

§ Maintain consistent engagement with prospects through calls, follow-ups, and ongoing communication

§ Build and manage a personal sales pipeline to achieve defined sales performance targets

CRM and Pipeline Management

§ Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the Company CRM system

§ If CRM sales interactions aren’t recorded, they didn’t happen

§ Track sales opportunities, prospect activity, and follow-up tasks

§ Apply CRM best practices including pipeline management, activity tracking, and lead status updates

§ Ensure customer and prospect information remains complete and accurate

Sales and Professional Skills

o Ability to confidently guide prospects through a sales conversation and close business

o Strong persuasion, listening, and relationship-building skills

o Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with measurable sales targets

o Strong organization and time-management skills

o Ability to operate effectively in a structured call center environment

Work Environment

This role operates within a professional call center setting and requires:

§ On-site attendance during scheduled shifts

§ Working within a structured sales environment with defined performance goals
