Job Description

Join OneTouch Direct as a Call Center Sales Agent - Verizon and become part of a team committed to delivering outstanding solutions to Verizon business customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide top-notch service and sales expertise.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing Verizon business customers.
  • Effectively communicating Verizon's products and services to meet customers’ requirements.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and closing deals through consultative selling techniques.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with the team to consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills and confident phone presence.
  • Previous sales or call center experience preferred, especially with Verizon or telecommunications industry.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
