Job Description

Be the voice of Jefferson Bank—where service meets community. As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service while building trusted relationships that reflect our commitment to community banking.

What You’ll Do: Answer incoming calls and assist with customer needs Provide fast, friendly, and accurate solutions Identify opportunities to connect customers with helpful products and services Route inquiries and referrals to the right team.

What You Bring: Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, solutions-focused mindset Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Sales or service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Previous banking experience not required, but strongly recommended

One year sales experience and two years' service experience preferred

Ability to learn a great deal of information in a short time

Great deal of initiative to sell and cross-sell products

Possess the flexibility to accept and help promote changes

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Strong commitment to customer service Self-starter requiring minimal supervision Professional phone skills
