Qualifications
Previous banking experience not required, but strongly recommended
One year sales experience and two years' service experience preferred
Ability to learn a great deal of information in a short time
Great deal of initiative to sell and cross-sell products
Possess the flexibility to accept and help promote changes
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong commitment to customer service Self-starter requiring minimal supervision Professional phone skills
