
The role of the Call Center Representative at HealthFlex is pivotal to our organization's engagement with healthcare partners, patients and their families. In this position, you will be the central point of contact for our diverse customer base, offering vital assistance, information, and support regarding our healthcare services. You will engage with customers through multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, chat, or in-person interactions. Your primary objective is to ensure a positive customer experience, swiftly address inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner. Consequently, your contributions will directly influence the quality of services provided by HealthFlex and help maintain our strong reputation in the market.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm, with two weekend day shift a month (Saturday or Sunday)
