Full-Time | $50,000 – $80,000 (Base + Commission/Bonus)

Bath Planet of Southern Idaho is currently seeking a Call Center Representative for our Boise, ID market and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers.

You’ll play a key role in driving our business by contacting homeowners, setting qualified appointments, and providing excellent customer service—all while contributing to a growing, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners to set up qualified appointments for free consultations
• Deliver and adapt scripted pitches based on customer needs
• Handle questions and overcome objections professionally
• Collect and input accurate customer information into the system
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives
• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers responding to marketing efforts
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication
• Update reports and maintain accurate lead tracking
• Perform quality control calls

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or marketing preferred
• Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies
• Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems
• Positive attitude with the ability to handle objections and stay motivated
• Team player with strong organizational skills
