BathWorks is a local West Michigan company specializing in Jacuzzi bath remodels, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for motivated, competitive people who are ready to build a career in sales and earn what they’re worth.
Call and follow up with homeowners who have shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel
Guide homeowners through our process and schedule their design consultation
Learn how to overcome objections and confidently set appointments
Help fill the sales pipeline and drive real company growth
Strong communication skills and a self-motivated mindset
Competitive nature. You like to win and are not afraid to work for it
Candidates should be based in the local area and able to commute to our Byron Center office
Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is a plus but not required
Hourly starting base + uncapped bonus for every appointment that holds (50k-70k Annually)
