Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at RAYA CX's location in Qesm 1st 6 October and Kattameya, Cairo, Egypt.

The Customer Service Representative will provide customer service, technical support, and global services to clients across various industries daily.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Experience abilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a bonus
